The topic is the importance of creativity in education. The main idea is that we don't give creativity the same importance as maths in education and we should do it. The speaker introduces his idea when he is talking about the evidences of human creativity.

Having a flatmate can be slightly stressful as there can be some differences between you.

There are some solutions to get well with your flatmate. For example, one important thing is to talk each week about concers. This is a good way to improve your relation with your mate.
